The fine print, written to be read

Privacy

This page describes what Earth Plumbing collects and why. It is short because the honest answer is short.

What we collect

Your enquiry. When you send a question through the form we receive exactly what you typed: your name, email address, your message, and a phone number only if you chose to give one. That is the only place on this site where you hand us anything.

Basic traffic counts. The site records that a page was viewed, with country-level location only. No advertising trackers, no cross-site cookies, no profile of you is built. The enquiry form uses standard anti-spam measures (a hidden field that only automated bots fill in).

What we do with an enquiry

We store it securely, read it, and reply to the email address you gave. If your question needs hands rather than words, we may refer your enquiry to a suitable licensed plumbing provider so they can help you directly; that is the only kind of sharing we do, and it exists to serve your request, not to sell your details.

We keep enquiries so that a follow-up question has its history; write to the same form if you would like yours deleted, and we will do that.

What we deliberately do not do

We do not sell or rent your details. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. We do not publish your questions. We do not run advertising networks on this site.

Links elsewhere

Guides link to external sources (government programs, standards bodies, and occasionally a licensed plumbing operator). Those sites have their own privacy practices; this page speaks only for Earth Plumbing.
